This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.INFORMATION WE COLLECTAccount information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address, username, password in protected form, profile photo, and other profile information you provide.User content and activity: We collect content you submit, including photos, videos, captions, ratings, Quick Comments, follows, reports, category selections, and interactions with other content.Device and technical information: We may collect device type, operating system, IP address, app activity, error logs, notification tokens, and similar information needed to operate, secure, and improve Tenvy.Communications: We collect information you provide when contacting support, reporting content, or communicating with us.HOW WE USE INFORMATIONWe use information to:• Create and manage accounts
• Display posts, profiles, ratings, leaderboards, and other app features
• Personalize feeds and category selections
• Send account verification, password reset, security, and push notifications
• Moderate content and enforce our rules

• Comply with legal obligationsPUBLIC INFORMATIONYour username, profile information, posts, ratings, Quick Comments, follower information, and other activity may be visible to other Tenvy users. Do not post information you do not want others to see.HOW WE SHARE INFORMATIONWe may share information with service providers that help us operate Tenvy, including providers of hosting, storage, email delivery, notifications, analytics, security, and technical services. These providers may only use information to perform services for us.We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect Tenvy or others, investigate abuse, enforce our terms, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.We do not sell your personal information.DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETIONYou can request account deletion inside the Tenvy app. Deleted accounts enter a 30-day grace period. Logging back in during that period may cancel the deletion request.After the grace period, identifying account information is deleted or anonymized. Posts that must remain for platform integrity may appear under “Deleted User” without identifying the former account owner. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by emailing [email protected].AGE REQUIREMENTTenvy is intended only for users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to remove it. Parents or guardians may contact [email protected] with concerns.NOTIFICATIONSIf you allow notifications, Tenvy may send notifications about account activity, ratings, followers, Quick Comments, prompts, challenges, and service updates. You can control notifications through your device settings.SECURITYWe use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.INTERNATIONAL USERSTenvy is operated from the United States. If you access Tenvy from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.YOUR CHOICESYou may update certain account information inside the app, change notification permissions through your device, or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.THIRD-PARTY LINKSTenvy may contain links to third-party websites or services. TextEffective date: July 29, 2026These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tenvy mobile application and website operated by Tenvy LLC (“Tenvy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Tenvy, you agree to these Terms.ELIGIBILITYYou must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Tenvy.YOUR ACCOUNTYou are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login information, and all activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abusive purposes, or transfer your account without permission.USER CONTENTYou retain ownership of content you submit to Tenvy.By posting content, you give Tenvy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify for technical formatting, and make your content available as necessary to operate, promote, and improve Tenvy. This license ends when your content is deleted, except where it has been shared, anonymized, retained for legal reasons, or included in backups for a limited period.You must own your content or have permission to post it. You are responsible for your posts and any consequences resulting from them.RATINGS AND OPINIONSRatings, Quick Comments, leaderboard positions, and other community responses reflect users’ subjective opinions. Tenvy does not guarantee that ratings are accurate, fair, complete, or representative of everyone’s opinion.You may not manipulate ratings, use automated accounts, coordinate fraudulent activity, or offer improper incentives to distort results.PROHIBITED CONDUCTYou may not:• Post illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or seriously harmful content
• Bully, harass, stalk, threaten, or impersonate others
• Post private information without permission
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights
• Upload malware or interfere with Tenvy’s operation or security
• Use bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized automated systems
• Spam users or use Tenvy for deceptive commercial activity
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
• Evade suspensions, bans, moderation, or security measuresMODERATIONWe may review, restrict, remove, move, or disable content or accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or present a risk to users or Tenvy. We are not required to monitor every post and cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be immediately removed.COPYRIGHTIf you believe content on Tenvy infringes your copyright or other rights, contact [email protected] with:• Identification of the protected work

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or expose Tenvy or others to potential harm.DISCLAIMERSTenvy is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenvy LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenvy LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tenvy.Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.INDEMNIFICATIONTo the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your misuse of Tenvy, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.GOVERNING LAWThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to profiles, posts, photos, videos, ratings, Quick Comments, and all other activity.BE HONEST, NOT ABUSIVERate the content being presented. Do not use ratings or Quick Comments to bully, threaten, shame, or target another person.POST ONLY WHAT YOU CAN SHAREOnly post content you created or have permission to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy, and personal boundaries.DO NOT POST• Threats, harassment, bullying, or targeted humiliation
• Hate speech or attacks based on protected characteristics
• Sexual content involving minors or sexual exploitation
• Graphic violence or content encouraging self-harm
• Private or identifying information posted without permission
• Scams, spam, impersonation, or deceptive content
• Illegal content or instructions supporting serious wrongdoing
• Copyrighted content you do not have permission to share
• Malware, automated spam, or attempts to manipulate TenvyNO RATING MANIPULATIONDo not use fake accounts, bots, coordinated rating groups, purchased engagement, or incentives intended to dishonestly change ratings or leaderboard results.REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENTUse Tenvy’s reporting tools if content may violate these guidelines. We may remove content, limit features, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users depending on the seriousness or frequency of violations.Context matters, and enforcement decisions may differ based on the circumstances. Delete Your Tenvy Account
You can request deletion inside the Tenvy app:1. Open Tenvy and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile or Account Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.Your account will enter a 30-day grace period. Logging back in during that period may cancel the request. After 30 days, identifying account information will be deleted or anonymized. Posts that remain may appear under “Deleted User.”If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email connected to your Tenvy account. Use the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include your username.We may contact you to verify account ownership before completing the request.Questions: [email protected]
